Started on Flamingo Road in 1989 with really fresh fish and prices that made sense. Thirty-five years later, three locations and the same heart.
When I'm in Vegas I find myself at Yama almost every time. The menu has a great selection, the sushi is always fresh, and the staff are the perfect amount of attentive and ALWAYS friendly.
Absolutely love Yama Sushi! Chef Chino takes great care of us and the all-you-can-eat sushi comes out fast, fresh, and top-notch. Highly recommended!
Everything tastes great! The employees are friendly. If you go, I suggest you sit at the sushi bar. The sushimon will recommend to try certain items. They also will create a new item they create on the fly.
